Desirable Attributes: TS 506 is a hybrid stock resulting from a cross between TV1 and a hybrid Cambod clone. Its progenies are fairly uniform in growth habit and are quite similar in performance to TS 462 and TS but much superior to TS 449. The stock possesses high yield potential with above average cup quality and is suitable for both CTC and orthodox manufacture. Like TS 462 it possesses good tolerance to pests/diseases and is likely to do well in drought prone areas.
